- send better emails/texts, words are worth SO MUCH
- create your signature with calligraphy
- smile in the mirror, smile at others, compliment yourself, write something nice about yourself, cry, tell someone you love them
- fun solo activities: try a new exercise (boxing? belly dancing? trampoline?), shop for something frivolous, bring a sketchbook to the park, check out the new exhibit at your favourite museum, volunteer at an animal shelter, spa day/pamper yourself, catch a matinee movie (bonus points for playing hooky?)
- stare at the sky, make up back stories for people you see on a street, back drawings, discover a great new song, go out to eat somewhere neither you or your munch buddy has been, walk aimlessly till you see something worth stopping for, leave secret messages in random places
