- try meditating every Sunday
- STOP spending ANY $ on clothes (you have more than enough)
- get an 85% average or over in chem, math, & english
- GET A NEW JOB
- volunteer in junior kindergarden once a week (kids are unlike anything else)
- find a book on acting + read it + find a movie audition to try
- walk with a straight posture + look people in the eye
- do not harm but take no sh*t
- ask people about their story
- take time to treat your mental health... be patient, understand your triggers, write them down, find counterarguments to them
- keep the past in the past / remember that everything happens for a reason
- read all the books on my list
- PLAN THAILAND + BALI + GREECE + THE MALDIVES
- plan tattoos
- aim to be in bed by 10:30 every night

- think of 10 impossible things before breakfast
- make working out non-optional
- go outside once a day
- stop buying clothe you don't ABSOLUTELY NEED
- push yourself to get up before the rest of the world, slowly but surely
- dance more
- reach for the ceiling in the morning instead of your phone
- be familiar with every inch of your body
- reminisce with old friends
- think long and hard about what interests you. find a book about it and read it at your own pace. there is a book about literally everything.
- stick your tongue out at babies
- walk with a straight posture and look people in the eye
- ask people about their story
- view stress as a propellor
