In addition, if you're ever running low on provisions but don't have time to make it to the store, check out this great website that allows you to enter the foods you DO have in your pantry, and they'll figure something out for you to cook up a storm!

- spinach, whole wheat wraps, swiss cheese, turkey
- tomatoes, chickpeas, wild rice
- multi multi multi grain bread
- bananas, raspberries + blueberries, frozen fruit, mango, watermelon, Gala apples, strawberries, green apples
- granola, almonds, flaxseed, oats
- big tub of plain greek yogurt, baby sized yogurts for snacking
- hummus, carrots, cucumbers
- low sodium canned soups for picky eaters such as my sister or myself on a sick day!
- quinoa
- these giant pre-cooked chickens you can buy in a plastic container thingy from like Sobey's (awful description, I just don't know how to cook meat and this one is super healthy and plain)
- eggs
- avocado
- feta
- celery & kale
- mushrooms
- juice (pineapple or orange)
- lemons
- potatoes
- whole wheat pasta
- chocolate milk
